Information on facilities

The facilities are the following activities, referred to in Article 92 of the UCITS Directive (2009/65/EC) as amended:

a. processing subscription, redemption, and repurchase orders and making other payments to UCITS unit holders in accordance with the conditions set out in the documents required under Chapter IX of the UCITS Directive;

b. informing investors of the manner in which the orders referred to in point a) may be placed and the terms and conditions for the payment of proceeds from redemptions and repurchases;

c. facilitate the processing of information and access to the procedures and arrangements referred to in Article 15 of the UCITS Directive relating to the exercise by investors of their rights in relation to their investment in the UCITS in the Member State where the UCITS is marketed;

d. make the information and documents required under Chapter IX of the UCITS Directive available to investors, under the conditions set out in Article 94 of the UCITS Directive, for inspection and for obtaining copies;

e. provide investors, on a durable medium, with information on the tasks performed by the facilities; and

f. act as a point of contact for communication with the competent authorities
