Andrzej Kawalec started his career in the M&A department of JP Morgan. He co-founded an online direct marketing company later sold to Boursorama, where he became Head of digital development. He joined Moneta AM in 2005. Andrzej graduated from IEP Paris and holds of a Master’s degree in Management from Dauphine University.

Grégoire Uettwiller started his career with internships at Dresdner Kleinwort (2007), Financière Galilée (2009) and within the equity long/short team of Moneta AM (2010-2011). He joined Moneta AM in 2012. Grégoire graduated from Grenoble Ecole de Management is also a CFA charterholder.

Raphaël Lucet worked as a structurer of insurance products in London (Crédit Suisse and Barclays Capital) and as a trader focusing on pricing and hedging market risks in the Netherlands (Aegon). He joined Moneta in 2013. Raphaël graduated from ESSEC is an actuary and holds of a Doctorate in Probability and Finance.

Louis Renou started his career with internships at Fastea Capital (2013), Moneta Asset Management (2014) and Exane BNP Paribas in the telecom sector in London (2015). He joined Moneta AM in 2015. Louis graduated from Kedge Business School (formerly known as ESC Bordeaux).

A graduate of Toulouse Business School and CFA charterholder, Pierre Le Treize has previously had internships at Federal Finance Gestion (2013) and at Moneta.

A graduate of ENSAI and ENSAE, CFA charterholder, Adrien Banuls started his career with internships at Lombard Odier, KeyQuant and BNP Paribas AM. He joined Moneta AM in 2018.

Julie graduated from ESSEC and the University of Paris Dauphine. Julie Pedrosa previously completed internships at Moneta AM (2020), Oddo BHF and at Credit Suisse (2021). She joined Moneta AM in 2021.

A graduate from ESSEC, Augustin Afresne competed internships at La Financière Tiepolo, Moneta AM, EY and Grant Thornton. He joined Moneta AM in 2021.

Nicolas Tabor started his career in 2017 as a Sell-Side analyst at Stifel (formerly MainFirst). He joined Moneta as an analyst in 2022. He graduated from IÉSEG School of management.

A graduate of ESSEC and ENSAE, Gaëtan Chamard-Bois worked at Quantcube Technology (2019) and then Moneta AM (2022) during various internship experiences. He joined Moneta AM in 2022 as a quantitative analyst.

ESG Analyst

Reine Donna holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Paris I. She previously worked as an ESG analyst at Comgest as part of her end-of-study internship, an experience that developed her interest in ESG topics related to asset management.

Salim holds a Master's degree in Science from Ecole Polytechnique and a Master's degree in International Finance from HEC. He previously worked in London for almost 10 years at Alken Asset Management and more recently as Portfolio Manager/Analyst and co-founder of Adelio Partners.

Equity Analyst

A graduate of Grenoble École de Management's Msc Finance Master 2 programme and CFA charterholder, Hugo previously completed two six-month internships as an analyst, first at Moneta Asset Management and then at Comgest. He joins the Moneta management team in September 2023 following a 12-month work-study contract.

Head of Trading

Laurent Horville started his career at CM-CIC in London as a Sales Trader (2010-2014), after internships in derivatives trading at SGCIB in Paris and New York. He joined Moneta AM as Execution Trader in 2015. Laurent graduated from NEOMA Business School (formerly known as Rouen Business School).

Trader

A graduate of Paris-Dauphine and Paris XII, Julien Adam started his career in the investment team of Performance Absolue funds at OFI AM, before becoming Sales Trader at Cantor Fitzgerald in London. He joined the trading desk of Moneta AM in 2017.

Administrative Manager

After various administrative and commercial experiences, Edmée joined the Moneta AM team when it was created in 2003. She has successively held the positions of middle officer and administrative manager. Edmée is a graduate of the ISG.

Chief Operating Officer

A graduate of EDHEC business school, Aurélien Salino was a financial auditor at PwC (2006-2011) and then Head of Compliance and Internal Control at Lazard Frères Gestion (2011-2017). He joined Moneta AM in 2017 as Head of Compliance and Internal Control, and has been Chief Operating Officer since 2024. 

Reporting and Risk management

A graduate of NEOMA Business School (Ex - Reims Management School), Grégoire Nicolet has worked at Oddo AM (2011) and Swiss Life AM (2015) as a Reporting and Performance Analyst. He joined Moneta AM in 2018 as Reporting and Risk Manager.

Project Manager

Thibaut Poirelle holds a Master's degree in Finance from Panthéon-Assas University and Hult Internationnal Business School (USA). After internships at Mandarine Gestion (2009) and Rivage Investment (2012), he worked as a project manager at JUMP (2014), a french financial software. He joined Moneta AM in 2019.

Head of Information Systems

Since 2003, Clément has successively been Systems and Networks Administrator, Technical Project Manager, and Practice Manager Business Continuity. He has acquired the skills that enable him today to understand all aspects and issues related to Information Systems. He joined Moneta AM in 2019.

Middle Officer

Graduated from a DESS in Financial Manager from ISAFI Aix-Marseille, Bounthieng Savongthong began his career in the financial markets as accountant at EURO-VL (SGSS) in 2005. In 2008, he joined Ofi AM as Middle Office Manager where was in charge of the control and validation of NAVs as well as the settlement of post-trade transactions. He joined Moneta AM in 2020.

Compliance Officer

A graduate of the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne, Saima Desai has previously worked in the compliance teams of La Banque Postale (2019), BFT Investment Managers which is a subsidiary of Amundi (2020) and at Arial CNP Assurances (2021) during various internship and work-study experiences. She joined Moneta AM in 2021.

Chief Financial Officer

A graduate of ESC Clermont and ESCP, Denis Lo Biondo began his career in Audit at KPMG (2014-2017) in the industry sector. He then moved on to a position as Financial Controller at Vinci Concessions (2017-2019) and then as Strategy and Performance Finance Manager in KPMG's Consulting division (2019-2022). He joined Moneta AM in 2022 as Financial Officer, and since 2024 as Chief Financial Officer. 

Risks and Reporting Officer

Alexandra Esteves holds a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from IAE Gustave Eiffel and the CFA certification. She began her career as a management assistant and then risk controller at Zencap Asset Management (in 2013) and then moved to a risk management position at Cartesia (in 2019). She joined Moneta AM in 2022 as a risk and reporting officer.

Head of Compliance and Internal Control

A graduate of Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne, Thomas Stengel began his career as an internal controller at BDF Gestion (2015-2017). He then moved to the control teams of La Française Group (2017-2019) and SCOR Investment Partners (2019-2023), a management company of the SCOR SE group. He joined Moneta AM at the beginning of 2024 as Head of Compliance and Internal Control.

Sales Director

Stéphane Binutti holds a DESS in Financial Management from the University of Paris X Nanterre and began his career at Europe Egide Finance where he was in charge of institutional client relations. He was then Partnerships Manager at KBL France (2003) before joining Moneta AM in 2008.

IFA Relations

A graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion, Edouard Haas previously worked at ScotiaBank in Montreal (2015) and in investor relations and origination at Rivage Investment in Paris (2016) during various internship experiences. He joined Moneta AM in 2017.

IFA Sales

A graduate of the Master's degree in Finance from the Université Panthéon-Assas, Güney previously worked at the Banque Privée du Crédit Agricole in the Gestion Conseillée department (2020) and then at Amplegest as Assistant Sales (2021) during various internship experiences. He joined Moneta AM in 2022. 

Investor Relations - International Business Development

Bo holds a master's degree in international business from ESCP and CFA charterholder. She worked in fund selection and portfolio management in London for ten years at Stamford Associates, Tilney and iM Global Partners.
Bo was most recently head of international business and products at Varenne Capital before joining the sales team at Moneta AM.
